It has got a lot of historical places. İstanbul is in the Marmara Region. There are lots of small islands in The Marmara Sea. İstanbul is in the north-west of the Region. The weather is warm in summer but it is snowy and cold in winter. İstanbul has a lot of tourist attractions, such as Topkapı Palace,  Dolmabahçe Palace and Sultan Ahmet Mosque.
